How is your sleep?

Hello Everyone,

Today, I want to talk about "SLEEP."

Do you feel any of the following symptoms?

Get tired easily. Feel stress. Overeating. Can't stay focused. Distracted attention, etc.

These are typical early symptoms of sleep deprivation. Do you have any?

The effect of sleep is to recover and rejuvenate your body cells. And also, to get rid of fatigue accumulated in invisible parts like your brain. It's like a computer, you have to shut down to work properly every day. You don't want your computer to shut down unexpectedly.

To keep your body and brain in a good state, you need a good quality sleep! Some people neglect sleep over work, but the energey will decline and so as the performance.

I think the biggest sleeping distraction in recent years is watching TV and videos on a mobile phone in bed. Too much stimilation to your brain to sleep. I know it's bad, but I sometimes do too.

Let's turn off TV or mobile phone at least one hour before going to bed together๐Ÿ˜„
